In this monograph, the attention of readers seems to be a current state of fundamental research and industrial achievements in the field of precision laser processing of a wide circle of metal, semiconductor and dielectric materials. The possibilities of microchamage with pulsed nanoso -radiation radiation of the laser and laser systems in copper pairs are analyzed. The designs and principles of action of the new generation of this class of industrial lasers with a nominal radiation power of 1-20 W and a capacity of 30-100 watts, ways to increase their efficiency and reliability, as well as a series of modern automated technological installations for foil microcham (0.01, created on the basis of them -0.2 mm) and thin-leaved (0.2-1.0 mm) materials, in particular, products of electronic equipment. Various examples of precision parts made on the created equipment are presented.
