The manual is the first Russian-speaking publication, which summarizes and systematized data on the state of the microcirculation of the urogenital system, both in the norm and with various diseases of the kidney, bladder, prostate gland, erectile dysfunction obtained using the laser doppler fluiderium method. Also, the book reflects the influence of various methods of treating diseases of the urinary tract on the state of tissue hemomic production. This publication includes a common part dedicated to the methodology and aspects of laser doppler flumetrics in general, and private sections in which the author"s methods for studying the features of the microcirculation of the small pelvis organs are given.
