In the 14th volume of the culinary dictionary included articles on the letters of F, X, C and H, from the word Forestor to Chuf (it is edible): for example, an extensive article about the history of French cuisine and the descriptions of culinary specialists Franched Conte, Chile and the Czech Republic , History of Caesar salad, Scottish Haggis recipes, strawberry mill, Frikando and Fricas, Cheremoshi and Blueberry dishes. The book also has many stories about great people from the field of cooking: Julia Child, Eric Frieshone, Sergio Herman. Most articles of the French publication are complemented by extensive comments by the scientific editors of the Russian-speaking edition and is thoroughly illustrated
