The proposed textbook aims to obtain basic knowledge in the Catalan language (level A2) and is designed for students of the corresponding university departments and for the widest circle of persons who want to learn this language.
The textbook has a pronounced practical orientation. In the selection of educational material, its location, presentation and explanations, the authors proceeded from the principles of the active methodology of teaching foreign languages, in which students quickly begin to speak the language, at first using simple grammatical constructions and vocabulary, which are then gradually becoming complicated from the lesson to the lesson.
The textbook is equipped with a large number of exercises that not only consolidate the material of the current lesson, but also allow us to use the entire amount of previously acquired knowledge. At the same time, with the aim of self -control of students at the end of the book, keys to a number of tasks are placed.
The publication is accompanied by an audio application recorded with the participation of native speakers of the Catalan language
