The monograph offers readers a large array of Albanian texts and words recorded in the 50s of the XX century in four Ukrainian villages where Albanians live. Materials fully characterize one of the stages of development of the Albanian language that functions in an alien language environment. The texts cover a variety of topics, including household, folklore and ritual. The dictionary contains over 5,000 articles that include lexemes from many lexical and semantic groups, while each word is given in context, which significantly expands the possibilities of its analysis. A small essay on chosen grammatical topics complements the picture of the state of the dialect.
