This textbook is a significantly processed and expanded publication of the "practical course of the Danish language" A.S. Novakovich, prepared at the department of Scandinavian languages of the MGIMO Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the textbook is to instill oral communication skills in the Danish language within everyday life and some socio-cognitive topics. It contains an introductory-phonetic course and an application to it, consisting of phonetic and lexical-grammatical exercises with keys to them, the main course with a consistent presentation of lexical and grammatical material and its consolidation using a system of communicative exercises and natural comments, as well as an appendix, consisting of programmed lexical and grammatical exercises with keys to them.
