The social brand “Affordable environment for people with disabilities” is usually associated with the resources and development of the infrastructure plan actively developed today. And rarely anyone thinks that the formation of an accessible environment for a certain category of society to the same extent involves creating comfortable conditions for the implementation of effective communication, for example, with people who have hearing impairment of varying degrees of complexity. In the proposed monstial essay, we will talk about the theoretical and applied aspects of a special sign system, correlated with natural human languages, namely, the brutal language through which deaf and hard of hearing communicate, as well as the regional versions of the Russian brutal language on the material of the communicative space of Eastern Siberia. In addition, the authors of this work would like to attract the attention of readers to the sociolinguistic and social factors of the functioning of this poorly understood and actually not documented language in the context of the objective necessity of multilingual methods of communication in the modern world
