The monograph discusses theoretical foundations and technological solutions in the field of developing machine translation systems of new generation texts - phraseological machine translation systems. The concept of creating such systems proposed prof. G. G. G. Belonogov in 1975 in his preface to the book of D. A. Zhukov “We are the translators”. Within the framework of this concept, the assertion was first formulated that the names of concepts - phraseological phrases should be used as the basic units of meaning in machine translation systems. The monograph describes the basic principles and technologies of creating and functioning of such systems to obtain high quality translation of texts. Along with technical solutions, it also discusses the processes of managing the system functioning, its settings in specific subject areas and interactions of users with the system in the process of dialogue communication.
