The book explores on the example of the education system issues of the humanitarian crisis in Russia of the post -Soviet period. The analysis is carried out using psycholinguistic experimental techniques on the latest materials collected in recent decades by a team of scientists from IIAZ RAS and IFL SB RAS in cooperation with leading universities in the regions of Russia. Techniques for identifying the dynamics of semantic accentuations (psychogloss) in the content of the processes of identifying the Russian language personality according to the associative-verbal network are shown. The author raises the question of strategic miscalculations of education reform related to the irresistible consequences of its destructive part, especially the created conditions for the erosion of sociocultural (civilizational), civil and procession identity.
