The purpose of the manual is the development of the primary skills of oral and written translation among students. The structure of the material will allow students to master the necessary volume of terminology and form primary translation skills and skills: visual-esteemed translation from a sheet, visual transmission, bilateral oral translation, written and oral translation, as well as oral reference of military materials both in Russian and at English language.
