The problems and trends of digital linguistic information resources (lire) are considered, created both for scientific research and applied tasks: processing the natural language, teaching languages, machine and traditional translation, editing, etc. Particular attention is paid to the issues of the type of lyre, the principles of cataloging Lire, metadathana, presentation formats, methods of marking and annotation of lyre. As the most promising collaboration model in the development, support and development of lire, a semantic web platform and linguistic open related data is proposed. Separate chapters are devoted to the description of the main categories of lire - corps, dictionaries, linguistic databases, language cards, educational lires, etc. The book is a reference and analytical publication: the main objects of this area with minimal copyright comments are briefly described.
