The book presents the fairy tales of the writer Fernan Kaballero (the real name of Cecilia Böl de Faber), whose origins go back to Spanish folklore. Tales are adapted according to the Ilya Frank method: they are equipped with a literal translation into Russian and the necessary lexical and grammatical commentary (without simplifying the text of the original).
The uniqueness of the method lies in the fact that memorization of words and expressions occurs due to their repeatability, without memorizing and the need to use the dictionary. In addition, the reader gets used to the logic of the Spanish language, begins to “feel” it
