This historical and ethimological dictionary contains about 3400 vocabulary articles on the most significant units of the Russian language of the XVII, XVIII, XIX centuries. By its origin, these are mainly Russian words, borrowings from the Romano-German language environment, as well as exoticism, calling the realities of the third world. The dictionary material is classified mainly in alphabetical order, but a nesting method for describing vocabulary units is also allowed.
