French with Prosper Merim. Selected novels

The collection of works of Prosper Merima included the short stories of Mateo Falcone, Tamango and "Federigo", belonging to the best examples of the writer"s work.
The works are adapted (without simplifying the text of the original) according to the method of Ilya Frank: equipped with a literal translation into Russian and the necessary lexical and grammatical commentary. The uniqueness of the method lies in the fact that memorization of words and expressions occurs due to their repeatability, without memorization and the need to use the dictionary. The publication contributes to the effective development of language, can serve as an addition to the curriculum.
