The famous romance of Mary Shelley "Frankenstein, or modern Prometheus", was written in 1816, in the “year without summer”. The book talks about a scientist named Viktor Frankenstein, who tried to reveal the secret of life and death. He tried to revive the dead body and, for his misfortune, succeeded.
The text was adapted by Sergey Alexandrovich Matveev, an experienced author of many popular manuals. The dictionary was compiled by the wonderful linguist Alexander Igorevna Smirnova.
