Entomological metaphors in the Russian and Italian pictures of the world

The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the mechanisms of the metaphorization of entomonyms, as well as the identification of national-specific features in understanding the metaphorical interpretation of reality in the Russian and Italian language pictures of the world. A comprehensive linguistic analysis of the material undertaken in the work allows us to distinguish and describe the directions and mechanisms of the processes of metaphor formation of entomological vocabulary in Russian and Italian, to identify and explain the universal and unique features of the metaphorical interpretation of this fragment of reality, as well as the features of the emotional and axiological paradigm of different societies, to establish The ratio between the metaphorical fields of zoomorphisms and entorphisms, to identify the functional specifics of entomological metaphors in the interpretation of reality by talking.
