The aim of the textbook is to form the skills of reading and translating authentic texts in the specialty, replenishment of their vocabulary with special dental vocabulary, as well as the development of professionally oriented oral speech for wider inclusion in the sphere of communication in English.
The textbook includes original popular science texts, lexical, grammatical and communicative exercises, grammatical comments, reference materials and the English-Russian dental dictionary (with transcription).
This textbook is included in the complex of teaching aids for dentists developed by teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of MGMSU and includes the "New English Dictionary for Dentists", manuals for extracurricular reading, as well as a manual for the development of colloquial speech skills.
