The textbook was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for Professional Educational Organizations in general discipline "English".
The purpose of the textbook is the development and improvement of the skills of oral, written speech and reading literature in the specialty in English. The level of language training of students is Elementary A2. A communicative technique, design technologies, competency and personality-oriented approaches were used.
The textbook presents unique information about the history of woodworking in Russia, masterpieces of wooden architecture, as well as the development of woodworking in English -speaking countries.
