English emphasis of the Russian language

In the process of studying English, the author came to a shocking conclusion: English was created on the basis of the Russian language. Based on numerous examples, the author proves that English is a Russian language that has passed two stages of transformation (encryption) At the first stage, Russian words are recorded in Latin letters. Moreover, Latin letters are selected on the basis of visual (graphic), not sound (phonetic) similarities. Therefore, writing an English analogue can be very different from the Russian original. At the second stage, the English rules for the pronunciation of such “latinized” words make the sound of an English word sometimes completely unlike the Russian “original”. But still: English is a very distorted Russian language, that is, the emphasis of the Russian language
