The dictionary contains more than four hundred terms of linguoecology - interdisciplinary scientific direction of language research in the aspect of the negative and positive factors of its existence and development. In the aggregate of the presented and defined terms, the dictionary gives a fairly complete idea of the tasks, the subject area and the conceptual-terminological system of linguistic ecology-with the orientation to the state of the modern Russian language. The dictionary is addressed not only to linguists involved in linguistic and environmental research, but also to a wide range of users: teachers, students and university teachers, journalists, PR and advertising workers, politicians, officials of the education sector and the media, i.e. People whose profession determines their increased language responsibility.
