The dictionary belongs to the type of explanatory dictionaries and is the first training dictionary of universbatches of the modern Russian language. It contains about 600 universities - vocabulary units formed by formal -semantic compression of phrases of varying degrees of stability using various suffixes and functioning, mainly in colloquial discourse.
The material for the dictionary was oral and written sources (colloquial speech, fiction, newspaper journalism) over the past two decades. Each vocabulary article includes a universal battalion presented with an emphasis, its main grammatical characteristics that produce a phrase, a word -formation model, contains its interpretation and context of use. In the preface, the authors clarify some theoretical issues regarding the very phenomenon of universal, interpreted.
The dictionary is designed for philologists, teachers of the Russian language as non-native and foreign, foreign students, students of the courses of the modern Russian language, in addition, it can be used in translation activities
