This educational publication is a component of the new series of books" Private translation theory. Chinese". The purpose of the publication is the formation of students in the technological component of professional translation competence by means of comparative analysis of Chinese original texts and their Russian translations. The publication is intended for students and cadets of universities studying in the basic professional educational programs of the “Translation and Translation Studies” specialty, undergraduate “Linguistics” and others studying the discipline “Private translation theory”, as well as for undergraduates and graduate students studying the private theory of translation in a pair of Chinese and Russian languages. A workshop can be used when working with Chinese students studying the theory of translation and the theory of intercultural communication, as well as in mixed Russian-Chinese groups of students. The practical material of the book can be useful in the development of new educational resources according to the general and private theory of translation
