Brief spelling dictionary of the Russian language with historical and ethimological comments: about 4000

For the dictionary of modern difficult spelling, about 4000 words are selected, which cause the greatest difficulties when writing and are included in the training lists for memorization as vocabulary with unverified spelling. The reference book gives fairly wide information about each of the 1100 heading words: a normative spelling version, stress, interpretation of the main meanings, as well as information about the origin, ways and borrowing time, corresponding parallels in other languages, single -rooted words that have preserved or lost genetic kinship. Historical and ethimological commentary helps to find a reliable support for their spelling among the etymologically related words of Slavic or foreign language.
