This book is devoted to the presentation of the foundations of general linguistics. The author considers the basic provisions of linguistics and illuminates the deep principles of language and science of language: the principle of social nature and the sign organization of language, the principle of naturalness of abstraction in the language and in the science of a language based on the hierarchical organization of the language, the principle of the central role of man in the language, etc. Book.
