Assessment of foreign language communicative competence

Assessment is a complex process that has been carried out intuitive for many years. The methodological concept proposed in the monograph considers assessment as a learning-control stage of the educational process. For the practical application of this concept, a technology has been developed, which allows you to create a test construct, the training potential of which is no less important than the control function it performs. The monograph presents algorithms for the development of tasks, which include the determination of the evaluation object and its measurability, the commentary of all the types of tasks considered, the analysis of the interdependence that exists between the formulation of the assignment and the criteria for evaluating productive speech activity. All considered tests check objective results based on an activity approach.
