The proposed dictionary contains concepts used in works on Buddhism, Hinduism and related teachings in English on philosophical and religious topics found in the conversations and teachings of famous mystics and teachers. Although the exact translation of the terms from Sanskrit, Tibetan or Pali is often determined by their context, the purpose of this dictionary is the desire to give their detailed explanation for readers who are interested in Indian and Buddhist philosophy and religion and read the relevant literature in English.
The dictionary is compiled on the basis of many years of study of the texts of Hinduism, Buddhism, Tantrism and related teachings, the practice of translating the scriptures of India, Nepal and Tibet. The selection and reconciliation of words was carried out according to the most authoritative sources.
The release of this dictionary, I would like to hope, will serve as a matter of further strengthening cultural ties and friendly relations between people of various countries, will facilitate the understanding and perception of sacred texts
