The monograph discusses the semantic and structural features of inter-propelled phraseological units of modern English, which are a class of sustainable phraseological units that serve to express feelings, sensations, mental states and emotional-volitional reactions to the surrounding reality. The purpose of this work is to describe the features of the use of intermediate phraseological units in context and explore the expressive properties of these units.
