Land law

The textbook was prepared on the basis of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Land Code of the Russian Federation, the latest land legislation of Russia, as well as the author"s course of lectures on land law.
The textbook consists of two parts: common and special.
In general, the concept, subject and sources of land law are defined, the features of land legal relations and their legal regulation are shown, ownership rights and other rights to land are analyzed, legal regulation of land transactions, state regulation of land relations, protection of land rights of citizens and legal entities, the permission of land disputes, responsibility for land offenses, given the overall characteristics of the legal regime of land and others.
In the special part, the features of the legal regime of land of various targets are presented.
