In the monograph on a large actual material, the demographic, socio-economic foundations of the formation of labor potential and the common labor market of Russia and the CIS countries are considered. Trends in the reproduction of the population of the Commonwealth countries are analyzed, changes in employment in connection with structural shifts in the economy.
