The publication is devoted to the issues of labor payment and regulation, as well as providing guarantees and compensation. Given the importance and complexity of the issues under consideration, the authors stopped not only on the coverage of scientific regulations, but also focused on the practice of law enforcement of these norms. The result was not only the presentation of the basic principles of payment and standardization of labor and the provision of guarantees and compensation, but also the illustration of these provisions with excerpts from acts of courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts.
