The life of the writer Alexander Kuprin (1870? 1938) is similar to an action -packed novel. From early orphan childhood in the widow of the house - to a dizzying career, from the “defeat” of the army in the "fight" - to repentance in the “junkers", from the romantic "grenade bracelet" - to the pornographic "pit", from participation in the white movement, flights from Russia and emigration - until returning to their homeland under the welcome thunder Soviet marches. The daily life of Kuprin is also amazing: from the glory of the restaurant regulars, feast fights, friendship with circusages, strengths, fishermen, aviators, adventurers - before Lenin’s admission in the Kremlin ... All the contradictions, paradoxes, catastrophes and confusion of that turning point were reflected in the vast Kuprinsky mythology. Both Soviet and anti -Soviet. Victoria Milenko, candidate of philological sciences, perhaps the first in modern times made an attempt to “believe the algebra harmony”, that is, factology mythology, attracting little -known and hitherto unknown materials, documents, and this turned out to be a very exciting tour. In a word, meet: Alexander Kuprin!
