The name of Janusha Korchak (1878 - 1942) is known to everyone. This person is low growth, thin, slightly sutured, with a reddish beard - one of the key figures in the history of the XX century. Writer, doctor, teacher-reformer, founder of the orphans built on the principle of commune, Korchak was primarily a great personality: the meaning of his actions today is difficult to overestimate. In addition to the books written by him - wonderful children"s leads, as well as the unique, ahead of their work on pedagogy, - the heritage of Yanusha Korchaka includes a huge luggage of his cases - those that he did "here and now", often contrary to the danger and common sense, for the good Children. On August 6, 1942, rejecting the proposal to escape from the Warsaw Ghetto, Korchak did not leave his pupils from the orphan home and, together with them, was sent to Chevil. This book is the last of the Korchak"s biographies written today. She is the author of John Olchak-Ronicer (r. 1934), the famous Polish Prose Prosais and the Writer, having a granddaughter Yakuba Mortkovich, all the books of Korchak came in whose publishing house. Her look at the life of this person is so closely that the era comes to life, that there was modernity for Korchak, - things come to life, people, words, thoughts
