The monograph offered to your attention is devoted to the history of additional degrees of Freemasonry in Russia of the XVIII-XIX centuries. The focus is the "Swedish" system of Freemasonry and the corrected Scottish charter. " In addition, other systems from the "knight"s" basis are considered. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that it studies the structure of additional degrees of "knightly" systems, the organization of their management and filling the degrees. The work investigates the issues of Masonic legislation, the economy of the lodges, as well as the features of organizing elections in the lodges of the "Swedish" system. The author attracted many unpublished documents from the vaults of Moscow and St. Petersburg, in the appendix the author’s catalog of the Masonic Assembly of the RND is given. The study is intended for all those interested in the history of Freemasonry and the history of Russia XVIII - the first quarter of the XIX centuries
