This book presents a picture of the history of the 19th and 20th century, which, in general, is significantly different from the generally accepted and familiar. The first thing that leads to this change in the historical picture is an understanding that Kaspar Hauser for the history of the 19th and 20th centuries represents that item in which all the essential lines are converged, but which is still tragicly remained out of sight. This appearance is justified in the book. Such a situation was created due to the breakdown of the historical mission of Kaspar Hauser.
