The leader of the legendary Siberian band "Kalinov Most," Dmitry Revyakin, holds a special place among Russian rock poets. From a formal perspective, this is manifested at least in the fact that his poetic texts, as researchers have noted, far surpass all our other rockers in lexical diversity. Not least of all, Revyakin's fascination with history and the poetry of the Russian language reformer Velimir Khlebnikov has played a role here. Dmitry Aleksandrovich Revyakin, whom fans respectfully and with an obvious hint call "DAR," is a true Siberian gem. Having grown up in the distant Transbaikalia, having written a huge number of songs on the edge of the earth - between the ocean and the volcanoes of Kamchatka, he absorbed the energies and meanings of the vast Eurasian space of the former Soviet Union and created his unique poetic language. Many of our compatriots, even those far from domestic rock, have heard his song "Rodnaya" (Native). However, not everyone knows that in addition to more than two dozen albums with "Kalinov Most" and solo albums, he is also the author of six poetry books. Works from all these publications are presented in this collection. The song lyrics are arranged for the first time not by album cycles (the famous "Vivoroten," "Darza," "Uzaren," "Poyas Ulchi," "Oruzhie," etc.), but in chronological order with dates and places of writing indicated, making the common genesis of many works evident, some of which were released decades apart. Moreover, many texts of as yet unpublished songs are being published for the first time, and a whole series of such "novelties" belong to the now classic period of Revyakin's creative heyday in the 1990s. The book includes rare photographs, drafts, and the poet's autographs.
