In January 1935, the French Engineer Eugene Delonclone with a group of like-mindeds founded the Secret Committee of the Revolutionary Action (OSAR) The organization was created at the peak of the Aksion Francesis existing ones in France, since, according to Delonkl, she did not cope with the task of the struggle against the left democrats and communists. Later to Osar, influential politicians, military and businessmen were joined, in particular, Eugene Schulller - the founder of the company L"Oreal.
