The educational and methodological manual is based on the experience of teaching a special course on "Jury Trial" within the framework of a master's program. It includes legal cases for practical exercises, examples of court documents, as well as examples of speeches by prosecutors and defense attorneys in modern trials involving jurors. The last section contains excerpts from the works of famous jurists reflecting the scientific debate on jury trials, as well as two court speeches - one accusatory and one defensive - by some of the most prominent legal orators of the past - A.F. Koni and V.D. Spasovich. The material in the manual can be used by students and teachers both within the framework of special courses and in the study and teaching of the general criminal procedure course.
