Judicial System of Russia: Conceptual Fundamentals

This monograph is an analysis of the modern organizational and legal state of the judicial system of Russia. The professional and personal characteristics of the judiciary support judge, which is one of the most important elements of the judicial system.
The legal features of the interaction of vessels with the federal bailiff service, the judicial community and the judicial department are considered. The legal mechanism of execution of judicial acts on the restoration of violated or challenged rights and protected by the law of the interests of citizens is deeply investigated.
