The monograph explores theoretical and practical problems of judicial control over the enforcement proceedings in the civil and arbitration process. The concept of judicial control over the enforcement proceedings, its signs, objects, types and forms are analyzed. The problems of distinguishing the control powers of the court and the bailiff are considered. Particular attention is paid to the problems of legal regulation of judicial control in enforcement proceedings. The features of legal proceedings on the protection of the rights of participants in enforcement proceedings are disclosed. Proposals are made to improve legislation and judicial practice in the field of exercising control powers in enforcement proceedings.
