All of this can be found in the new book by Maxim Syrnikov, a Russian chef who has spent many years searching for and reviving authentic Russian cuisine. Curiosity to learn the secrets of French, Italian, Greek, Middle Eastern, Chinese, and Latin American cuisine led him to these countries and allowed him to compare these cuisines with our own, Russian cuisine. Maxim came to a logical conclusion: our Russian - Transbaikalian, Siberian, Far Eastern, Northern, and Central Russian cuisine - is no worse! We can be proud of its diversity, originality, taste, and its ancient rich traditions.
