The manual presents brief information about the anatomy and the functions of the joints, the methods of their objective study with elements of differential diagnostics are described in detail, the main Paraklinic research methods in arthrology and the interpretation of their results are presented. From the standpoint of early diagnosis describes the differential diagnosis of the main rheumatic and irrematic diseases most common in rheumatologic practice and optionally or necessarily accompanied by pains in the joints and the spine. The diagrams of diagnostic search with poly-, oligo, monoarticular lesion, with pain in the back and diseases of the embracing soft tissues are presented.
