This study of the famous Dutch and American filmmaker (his name Paul Veruvven) grew out of the desire to make a film about Jesus. No epoch -making personality has never interested him again than Jesus. After moving from the Netherlands to the United States, the Verkhoven participated in the seminar of professional theologists for 20 years, thoroughly studied the gospel history about Jesus and discussions about it. Only after that did he attempt to write a script for the film, but instead of the script, this book turned out.
