Being the first in the six -volume series" Jesus Christ. Life and teaching ", this book covers the material contained in the initial chapters of the four Gospels: the book discusses the story of the birth of Jesus and the events associated with him, about the baptism of Jesus and his relations with John the Baptist, about the temptation from the devil in the desert. Some chapters are devoted to the prophetic service of Jesus, the relationship between him and his students, the beginning of the conflict between him and his opponents. At the end of the book, an attempt was made to give a portrait of Jesus Christ, how he looms from the Gospels, to consider his lifestyle and the main character traits.
