This publication is a biography of the famous Japanese commander Oda Nobunag. The author of this study I.P. Lamers sets itself the task of "avoid both anchronism of moral judgment and psychological analysis. The focus of the book is given to "actions of Nobunag, and not his soul. It is this author installation that allows the Dutch scientist to draw an objective historical portrait of the famous Japanese commander.
