In June 1906, a brochure was published in St. Petersburg, the rank of revolution. Armed uprising in Russia for Japanese funds & quot,. In it, photocopies of letters were reproduced, which in the first half of 1905 exchanged the former Japanese military attache in Russia Colonel M. Aakashi with K. Silliacus and G.G. Dekanozov. The first of the Japanese correspondents was the organizer and head of the Finnish Active Resistance Party formed in November 1904, the second - one of the leaders established in April of the same year of the Georgian party of the Socialist-federalist revolutionaries. The published correspondence was obviously learned from the secret subsoil of the country"s chief police department concerned mainly procurement and illegal shipments to Russia of large parties of weapons for revolutionary organizations. It was an attempt to blame the participants of the liberation movement in mercenary connections with the opponent of Russia in the newly ended Russian-Japanese war
