Anthology Ein Yaakov ("source of Yaakov") is a collection of Talmudic agada (illegitimate texts), compiled at the beginning of the 16th century. Yaakov Ben Shlomo ibn Habib and accompanied by the commentary of the compiler. In the Jewish world, Ain Yaakov was awarded such popularity that rarely falls to the share of any book. Until the middle of the 20th century, he withstood more than a hundred publications, dozens of comments were drawn up to him. The sixth and last volumes of this publication include the agadic material contained in the Talmudic treatises of the Nezikin section ("Damages"), at least partially related to legal proceedings: Sanjedrin, Makot, Switch and ѓorayot. All texts are published in Russian for the first time
