The monograph is dedicated to the issues of qualifying crimes. It covers the concepts, types, significance, legal basis of qualifying crimes, its principles and rules, features of qualifying crimes with variable elements of composition, problems of qualifying crimes in the competition of criminal law norms, distinguishing complex individual crimes and multiple criminal acts, qualifying unfinished crimes and crimes committed by several persons, grounds and procedural order of changing the qualification of a crime. The legislation is provided as of September 2017. The monograph is intended for researchers, teachers, practicing lawyers, students, and postgraduates of legal universities and faculties.
