In order for iron to enter the cell and bind with the protein ferritin, it needs vitamins C, B9, and B12. Additionally, vitamins C, B9, and B12 are involved in the formation and maturation of erythrocytes.
Dosage: adults should take 1 tablet per day with food. The duration of intake should be at least 2 months. The course of intake can be repeated if necessary.
