Platonic dialogues collected in this edition can hardly be considered completely unknown to the domestic reader. In a fully or partially, they were included in almost all the main collections of Plato"s writings in Russian translations, they went out with separate publications, so that there may be a question about the feasibility of another appeal to well-known works. However, how well known works to us, usually included in the enclosure "of early", or "reductory", plato dialogues? Most of the dialogues collected in this volume belong to the early Platon. These are the fifth dialogues ("Feag", "Harmit", "Lahet", "Lisida"), the sixth ("Gorgiy" and "Protagigar") and the seventh ("hypigi less"," hypius bigger "," ion "and" Menexen ") Frasillone tetractide. Only some of them (most often the "Gorgiy" and "hypigi less") are classified for the works of the transition period
