The methodological manual is devoted to the presentation of the program and the methodology for the formation of a healthy lifestyle of children in the conditions of DOU. It contains an approach based on the application of the principle of awareness in working with preschoolers, i.e. Understanding the importance of independent conservation of your health.
The manual was developed in accordance with the federal state requirements for the main general educational program of pre-school education (FGT) The program is built on the basis of the integration of the two educational areas "physical culture" and "health", which makes it possible to effectively solve a two-way task: to form the foundations of physical and psychological health of preschoolers, as well as create a special conscious attitude of children to their own health.
The publication can help the teachers of the Dow in organizing work with children to form health-saving behavior. It may be interesting to parents and teachers working in groups of short-term stay, Sunday schools and other organizations engaged in preschoolers
